The final total raised, for the charity Mind, for my London to Paris cycle challenge is £3,055.76 (including gift aid)

I am completely overwhelmed with the donations, support and generosity that people have shown. The challenge was many things apart from easy and the training that went in was exhaustive. I cant thank everyone enough that really believed in me to complete the challenge, drove me on to the end and helped raise money for such a worthy cause that is very close to my heart.

I am very proud of myself knowing that I will have made a difference to so many lives with the support that this amount of money provides to those that need it the most...

Skratch Labs Stage Race Challenge

I brief mini challenge is in order whilst planning the next big adventure and here it is...

Here is what I selected to undertake:-

"While the pros are racing the AMGEN Tour of California, Skratch Labs and Strava are challenging you to tackle your own personal stage race by riding sixteen hours during the same eight days as the big event.

Though not a requirement, it’s highly encouraged that you try and match the pros by riding each day of the Challenge. Doing a big ride once or twice a week can be tough, but putting in a couple of hours every single day for eight days straight can be just as challenging."

Lets see how this goes then. I have already lost a day as I will not cycle today - so only 7 days left!
